Company data

Pulled from public Better Business Bureau profiles: the BBB letter rating, accreditation status, count of unresponded complaints, and complaint themes, each linking back to the source profile.

Market rate bands

Daily, weekly, and monthly rate bands calibrated against the California DOT Equipment Rental Rate Book and 2024 industry surveys, with documented regional adjustments by zip code.
