Meta's Project Prometheus, a 1GW, world's-first gigawatt-scale data center campus, is the anchor of New Albany's data center corridor. QTS is investing $4.4B in a 222MW four-building campus. EdgeConneX purchased 270 acres for $137M and is building 1M+ sq ft with a dedicated 120MW gas-fired power plant. Google, Amazon, and Vantage ($2B campus) also operate here. Columbus added 6.1 million sq ft of data center space from 2015-2024, more than any market except NoVA and Dallas.
